Chad is president and lead instructor of the VIPER Academy, Inc. in San Diego, California. One of the country's top martial artists, Chad played a lead role in Just Yell Fire and developed the techniques presented in the film.

At VIPER, Chad teaches students many of the strategies he developed over the past decade for military operatives, international business executives, celebrities and other high profile people who want to be safe in an urban environment.
