At 13 years of age, Dallas Jessup earned her black belt in tae kwon do. Now 18, she has spent the last four years teaching young girls all over the world how to defend themselves.

ALBION–Renowned women’s self-defense expert Dallas Jessup will appear at Albion High School at noon Monday to present her self-defense program.
Jessup, an expert martial artist, will show the audience the five most-dangerous situations teenagers encounter and 10 effective methods of defense.
