E-Mail: [hidden email] BioMs. Lider is a Black Belt in Taekwondo, specializing in children’s programs and Women’s Self Defense. She also serves as U.S. World Class (USWC) Taekwondo’s Program Director. Her full-time job and primary role at USWC is ensuring student development and creating curriculum that is up to the ever-changing standards of accredited martial arts schools. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership and Communication and was named Wellness Coordinator of the Year in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 by the Association of Washington Cities. She has an extensive background in wellness, as she created and designed the Wellness Program that began in 2002 for the City of Battle Ground and is still prevalent today. She was named the “2012’s Citizen of the Year” by the Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce for the work that she conducted on the citizen’s behalf. Ms. Lider plays a vital role in ensuring that curriculum is designed for all ages and that participants see how Taekwondo can act as a positive agent in their daily lives. |
